Heavy Duty Air Filter

The heavy-duty air filter is designed to trap impurities aspirated by the engine. In this way, the air filter ensures that only clean air reaches the combustion chamber, preventing premature wear of internal moving parts such as pistons, connecting rods, bearings, crankshafts and the engine’s turbine.

Diesel Fuel Filter

The diesel fuel filter is responsible for retaining impurities in the fuel accumulated in the vehicle’s tank. This prevents these particles from reaching the injector pump, injector nozzles and injector units of electronic vehicles.

The fuel filter in diesel vehicles is located between the tank and the engine to prevent these impurities from impairing proper operation.

Heavy Duty Oil Filter

The oil filter for heavy-duty vehicles has the function of retaining particles and impurities.

These impurities are generated by the friction of moving parts due to engine combustion. By filtering, the oil is cleaned in the lubrication system.

Heavy Duty Cabin Filter

The heavy-duty cabin filter has the function of retaining impurities in the air (soot, pollen, dust mites, dust), thus keeping the vehicle’s cabin air clean and pleasant.

The sediment filter, also called a water separator, has the function of filtering and separating the water particles present in diesel oil. ARLA32 is responsible for transforming the gases emitted by the exhaust system into nitrogen particles and water vapor, complying with EURO 5 pollutant emission standards.
