Ecological Filter

Wega Motors’ Ecological Filters are developed in line with global trends and the demands of government bodies, in the search for technological innovations in automobiles and automotive products that contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

Ecological filter

The ecological filter is constructed using only a pleated filter element that is fused directly to the plastic cover (there is no need to use chemical glues or adhesives), developed using materials of the highest quality and suitable for the projects and engines that use this technology.

They dispense with the use of various raw materials and components such as: sheet metal housing, metal cover, valve and adhesives that would otherwise be discarded in nature.

It can be easily pressed, making it possible to completely reuse the lubricating oil or fuel oil impregnated in the filter element. It is then incinerated without contaminating the soil or emitting toxic gases into the environment.

Atuação e Prazo de Troca

O óleo do motor entra no filtro de óleo através dos orifícios laterais, é purificado ao passar pelo elemento filtrante (papel) e, então, retorna ao motor pelo orifício central, limpo de impurezas, melhorando assim a eficiência da lubrificação.

Assim como os demais filtros, quando o veículo apresentar perda no rendimento ou aumento no combustível, talvez seja o momento da peça passar por uma revisão. Ao ser substituída, pode ser facilmente prensada, reaproveitando o óleo ou o combustível impregnado no elemento filtrante. Posteriormente, a peça é incinerada, sem que haja a contaminação do solo e a emissão de gases tóxicos no meio ambiente.
